is applying for afcat and UES different..

No AFCAT is itself a type of UES.
and there are separate UES in IAF, Indian Navy & Army respectievely

sir I have applied for UES 2013 AFCAT technical branch. My query is whether my paper will be EKT(engineering knowlege test) or the AFCAT paper which consists of reasoning.

y are you trying even for becoming officers if the Indian air force.....the adv. is self explanatory in nature. If u cant understand that even, then my suggestion is that better not apply for these courses
