TECHNICAL GRADUATES COURSE SERIAL-116(JAN 2013)

The Indian Army is looking for a few good men. For the best and the brightest amongst you. For men with intellect, idealism and courage. Applications are invited from unmarried male Engineering Degree students studying in Final Year or Pre-final year during academic session July 2012-2013 for Grant of Permanent Commission in the Army in all Arms/Service.

NOTIFICATION/ADVERTISEMENT ALREADY PUBLISHED IN EMPLOYMENT NEWS/ LEADING NEWSPAPERS.

Age : Final Year Degree candidate – Not below 20 years and not over 25 years and for Pre-Final Year Degree Candidates – Not below 18 years and not over 24 years., TGC-116 – 20-27 years.

Detailed Age Eligibility Criteria: 

For Engineering Graduates, 20 - 27 years.

For AEC, 23 - 27 years.

For Military Farms, 20 - 27 years.

• 116th TGC : 60 posts in various Engineering Branches
• TGC Army Education Corps :  12 posts 
• TGC Military Farms : 04 posts

Physical Standard: As applicable to the regular army [Height-157.5 cm, For Gorkhas and individuals belongings to hills of North Easter region of India, Garhwal and Kumaon, the minimum height will be 5 cm less. For candidates from Lakshadweep the height will be reduced by 2 cms.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE:1. Candidates are advised to apply online on the given link.  After applying the application, taketwo printouts and also note down the Roll No generated by the system.
 
2. One print out is to send to the given address and another one is for candidate reference.  While sending the application form paste the photograph duly attested by the gazetted officer.

3. Also before applying online be correct with the marks from the first semester to the last semester.  Then have a clear note about the previous ssb interview date, batch no along with the chest numbers.  

4. Also enclose all the attested photo copy of the mark sheets, degree certificates along with other certificates.  The filled online/offline application should be superscribed by 115 TGC(Army Educational Corps).i.e. The candidates should superscribe the envelope with the name of course they are applying.
