One copy of the Application-Printout duly  completed  in  all  respects, signed and attested by a gazetted officer along with the photocopy of Class10th and 12th Certificates and Mark sheets (attested by a gazetted officer) with superscription  on  the  envelope :  “ONLINE APPLICATION ROLL NO.............  SSC EXECUTIVE (GS) /Technical Branch(E/L/SM)-December 2012. Aggregate Qualification Percentage..........%”   are to be forwarded at: POST BOX NO 04 NIRMAN BHAVAN NEW DELHI - 110011 PLEASE NOTE Last date of online application (to avail Roll number): 01-04-2012 Last date of forwarding application-printout: 01-04-2012  The SECOND COPY of the Application-Printout along with the Class10th and 12th Certificates and Mark sheets are to be carried to the Selection Centre to avoid cancellation of candidature.
